Nathalie was Zone Officer Real Estate Business- Development & Planning B-post (Industrial Real Estate / Logistics, Commercial Real Estate, Offices - Property, Facility & Asset Management). 

Nathalie is specialized in real estate valuation and real estate portfolios, assists sellers / buyers in the field of urban planning - land use planning for the Equestrian and Agricultural field.

Moreover, she represents Cofim for the Real Estate & Corporate Division within Equisfair, the Cluster of the equestrian sector in Wallonia.

Jean-Yves is an I.P.I certified real estate expert under the n° 100.847 to ensure the management and coordination of the internal and external members of the firm.

Jean-Yves is specialized in the medical field and in the transfer of small and medium sized companies.

He has been recognized in Asset & Share Deal for 30 years and has been responsible for more than 500 closings.

Jean-Yves brings his expertise to the firm in the initiation of files in the data room, coordination with the experts of the figure / law firms and the negotiations of SPA (Share Purchase Agreement).

Fabian has been a partner of Cofim for 10 years and is a certified I.P.I. real estate agent under the number 507.545.

Fabian is specialized in business transfers in the broadest sense of the term, with a special recognition for the hotel and catering sector.

He ensures a rigorous follow-up of the files as well for the transferees as for the transferor and qualifies the new files before a review by the other partners of the firm.

Fabian is the privileged contact of the firm for the Brussels region and the Walloon Brabant.

Partner of Cofim, Jean-Luc is an engineer by training and has been an associate director in consulting firms (Arthur Andersen, Ineum Consulting, Kurt Salmon and associates).

His fluency in English allows him to assist the firm in managing international clients. 

Jean-Luc performs asset valuations in the context of divestitures and acquisitions, and develops commercial and financial management consulting services to assist sellers and buyers in structuring and negotiating financing in the broadest sense.

Partner of Cofim, Jean-Louis is a graduate of HEC, he is also a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Tax Consultant.

Jean-Louis, who worked at S.P.F. Finances, has his own fiduciary and participates regularly in interim C.F.O. missions.

Jean-Louis is specialized in financial and accounting analysis, the preparation of financial plans and the valuation of companies. He coordinates with the professionals of the cipher as well as with the sellers.
